We hired M&L Siding and Services, Inc. for the entire exterior of our home (Siding, Soffit, Facia and Gutters). From the beginning there was great communication from Jesse and Eduardo which continued throughout the process. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of their entire team.
I am very pleased with the soffit/fascia work that M&L did for me. In particular, Eduardo correctly diagnosed a complicated leak coming from my roof. He consulted with his partner and investigated the attic and basement for signs of leaking. Once the problem was found, his team repaired the area and seamlessly replaced shingles so you don’t notice the repair. Since then, it has rained several times – a driving rain and an all-day slow rain – and all is dry. I just want to say in conclusion, that M&L siding and roof work is expertly done, but correctly diagnosing a problem is the key to getting the best results.
They do great, quality work! I bought a house last year knowing I would have to replace the front siding because it was old and starting to rot. I found M&L on the Better Business Bureau website and reached out for a free quote. I did my due diligence and looked at some of their competitors and they couldn’t match M&L’s price. Once the paperwork was all signed they were here less than a week later starting the job. It only took 2 full days of work and now my siding looks fantastic! I will be contacting them again for future work. I would recommend M&L to anyone looking for siding work to be done on there home.
